    Hi, I'm leaning toward getting this car, and I just got an offer from a dealer. I am wondering if anyone can provide me with information for a 12k/36 month lease in 48306, and any general thoughts about this offer.

    Here is the information from the dealer:

    Genesis G90 AWD 3.3T Premium, msrp $72845
    12k/36 months

    MF: .0007
    Residual: 42%
    Payment monthly: $998
    Down: 0

    I show .00006 as the base MF, so the MF is marked up.

    I confirm the 42% residual, and there is $9000 lease cash available.

    What is the selling price, before the incentives are accounted for?

    Thanks for the information. I really felt that the MF was marked up—they told me that’s what they get from Genesis and cannot change it.

    Sales price looks to be about $70200.

    Tell the dealer you won't sign anything unless you get the base MF.

    Be prepared to give back some of the discount, however.

    Sales price should a little below invoice to begin with. The 2020 G90 with face-lift and Apple Car/Android Auto will be in the show room shortly.
