3% extra tax on leases in PA, so your rate is 10%, not 7%.

Thanks for confirming. Just got them to reduce the sale price further to $20,100. Should be dropping payment to $221 with first payment $221, holding all other factors constant. You think this is a decent deal on a $29K sticker vehicle? I haven't been able to find a similar deal on an accord, jetta or even a civic, so I think its worth it to pull the trigger, what do you think?

Yes, went over the numbers in person with them and it all adds up. The dealer seems to be relatively upfront about the deal structure, but not pushy or high pressure. I didn't get the "what can we do to put you in this car today!"

Those are both Acura-to-dealer incentives.

You don't have to bring it up, at all. Just keep it in mind when evaluating their offer, or making a counter-offer, and adjust the price accordingly.

We only have residual values at a max of 15K per year; check with the dealer as to how miles above that will impact the residual (could be a per mile charge).
