Okay....I've not leased a car before, but am considering it because I want a 2018 Prius Four with leather and Sunroof - basically, with all the bells and whistles - do not want Touring. I live in So. CA and don't understand all the abbreviations (MF, .00100 and 57% / 56%, etc.) I do understand MSRP and 36/12 and 36/10.

Also, I live in Irvine, but would happily drive to Riverside or Temecula if it would make a difference price-wise. (I'm still not sold on leasing a car.)

What lease term and how many miles per year?

.00100 is the correct MF for the Prius in SoCal
No lease incentives, which is what I suspect is hurting lease payments.

It's not a great lease program.

Add in the $650 acquisition fee, and I get $385/mo.+tax. So, not far off.

What would be a good lease price. Confused how to use calculator as don't know what to put in for trade in. Or does the return count as downpayment?

Why do you want another 36/15, lease, if you were close to 30K at the end of the current one?

New job so will be driving more miles now as longer commute. When I put info in lease calculator it comes up with a lease payment of like $442. That seems really high compared to last lease.

To calculate a lease, you need a selling price
If you aren't assuming a discount from MSRP, then the price is always going to be high.
