    Hi,

    Can you please list the Incentives, RV and MF for the following:
    1) Bolt LT, 36/15 - zip 94087
    2) Bolt LT, 36/12 - zip 94087
    3) Bolt LT, 36/15 - zip 95020
    4) Bolt Premier, 36/15 - zip 94087

    I presume RV is fixed by the manufacturer and isn't negotiable. How negotiable is the MF with the dealer? I am trying to land a $0 down lease. Will paying more upfront get the MF down?

    Thank you, @Michaell for the quotes on Chevy Bolt LT in Bay Area zip codes - much appreciated!

    A few addtional questions:
    1) Since MF is just lending money at an interest rate, why the differences in LT vs Premier? Is it that Chevy is just incentivizing higher priced Premier?
    2) Changing of MF month-over-month: Is this also the Chevy playing with lending rates to steer customers certain way? (The general rates don't fluctuate as much on a monthly basis).
    3) RV are presumably changing due to changes in resale value evaluation by the bank? It is surprising that they change month-over-month.
    4) Assume the MF & RV & Incentives are controlled by bank / Chevy - we can't really predict changes / trends in these from September to October, right?

    CA taxes the monthly payment, so you need to understand what the $2500 in taxes and fees are for (some of it is the tax on the incentives, and the acquisition fee, but get a breakdown)

    With the MSRP and net cap cost, I get $340/mo plus tax.

    I don't know if there is a discount to the MF for a one-pay lease. $12,240 before tax, so the one-pay quote seems high.

    I'm trying to understand how one-pay lease works with respect to total loss of car. If I lease a new Bolt and there is a total loss the same day, what happens to the one-pay amount? I'm reading mixed responses online...some say that pro-rated amount will be refunded and one dealer I contacted said that I'd lose all the money. Can someone throw some light on this? Will gap insurance help in this case?

    As I understand it, the one pay amount goes into an escrow account, and the monthly payment is withdrawn and applied, er, monthly.

    If the car is stolen or totaled during the lease, the balance in the escrow account is returned to you.

    Selling Price: 34,245
    The quote I got was 426.68 + tax (sign and drive) for 36/12. No other details.

    I would guess from that quote, that they've already included the $3000 in their quote.
    The only way to know, is to ask them.

    You have to press for the details. Otherwise, the quote is useless.

    36/10 - 410 incl tax, no downpayment(first payment = first month + fees etc)
    Payment looks about right with those numbers.
    MSRP around $40K?

    We don't have that information available - if you use the "new cars" tab at the top of this page, you can link to the price tools and it might contain what you are looking for.

    My intuition says the Volt will have a better resale value in 5 years, as it's unknown what improvements to battery technology will occur in that time frame.
