What is the MF and residual on 2018 BMW X3 M40i without MSD’s (zip code: 06489)?  Also, if it’s loaner less than 3k what should the MF and Residual be?  And any changes for 2019?  Also what should be the standard rebates (without loyalty but with conquest)?  Thank you.
