How much off MSRP is that number?

We always tell folks to target 7% off MSRP, before incentives.

Invoice can be whatever the dealer wants it to be.

Hi I live in WA (98029) and I'm looking for MF, residual value and incentives for X3 sDrive30i with 36/10k. My dealer told me the MF is 0.00206. Is the number accurate? It sounds too high.

Is it possible to order a car through an out-of-state BMW dealer and transport the car to my address?

.00166 is the base MF; dealer is marking it up the max allowed.

    59% residual.

Order, as in order from the factory? Or are you referring to a dealer trade?

Why would you want to complicate the deal by going out of state?

I mean I would like to order a new car from the factory.

I feel that it is hard to get 0.00166 MF because both of my nearby dealers gave 0.00206. The selling price is also a bit high.

    Ah, got it.

Yes, to get the best deal, you may have to work with an out of state dealer.

Lack of competition will make dealers greedy. Vote with your feet and find a dealer more accommodating.

The deal was for a 2018 x3. I thought RWD and AWD are both 2019 but I was wrong.

Looks like a money factor markup, and below-top tier credit?

    The discount is good.
The dealer fee and money factor markup are not.

But, it's a 2019 model... no idea what the market is.

Yeah, I knew the MF was up there. What is considered below top tier credit?
