    Hello. I just worked up numbers on a 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie 4x2. Here is the deal that they are offering.

    MSRP: 54355.50
    Sales Price: $48,847.00
    Incentives: $3,750.00
    Net: $45,097.00 (I'm assuming that came off the sales price)
    Residual: $27177.50
    Tax: $3,867.70 (Texas 6.25% - this number does not add up to the sales price or the next sales price.
    Fee: $192? Seems low from previous leases I've done.
    36/15kmiles
    $0 down.

    Monthly $650.74

    Can you please help shed some light on this deal. Everyone from the sales manager to the finance manager is telling me the numbers are right. I'm feeling skeptical.

    = Approx $50200 Adjusted CAP.

    Using that number, I get $678/mo. for the payment. (more than their quote)

    I think the acquisition fee might be marked up from $595.
    That tax number doesn't look right to me, either. ($3100 or so, max)
    Unless you have some sort of local sales tax adder.

    I didn't know they could mark up the acquisition fee. Here is the deal they are giving after visiting them today. Seems harder for a dealership to work with you over the phone or email. Had to go there in person.

    Is this a decent deal?

    Now, it makes sense.. the tax number has been corrected on that sheet, resulting in the lower payment.

    One other note: On the left side, it states that it is a Quad Cab? If so, the MF is .00039, not .00049
    If that is the case, that might lower the payment by $7/mo.

    I'd ask about the CAPPED Fees.
    They might be marking up the $595 acquisition fee to $895, as well.

    Have a unique situation. Coming off a F-150 lease , payoff is 37,400. owe about $5600 in excess miles, plus i’m sure they gonna whack me for new tires etc.

    Trying to convince dealer to buy my truck off me , and i can roll into a lease w them.

    Trade in only worth 30k they said so upside down about 7k or so.
