    Are there numbers for the 2020 Avalon Touring as well?

    If MSD's are allowed would they lower the MF lower than a Single Pay lease? Since a Single pay reduces the MF anyway I wasn't sure if doing MSD's and then just doing normal 36 months lease would be any different. I am sure I can ask the Sales manager but it would be helpful if I had more info prior.

    I am being told by a sale agent that they cannot use customer cash of $3500 on ANY lease. On the advertisement in fine print it references *** Special pricing does include $3500 customer cash from TMS assigned to the dealer. Special pricing cannot be combined with any other advertised offer or lease special.**** . The Avalon in question isn't a special lease. What is the take away here?

    The customer cash is for purchase, not a lease transaction.

    ...any other advertised offer or lease special. The subvented money factor is a lease special; otherwise, the MF is the standard rate of .00285.

    Hello. MF and residual, please, for 36/10 for 2019 Avalon Limited in 33573 zip code. Thank you. Also, instead of leasing, if I decide to buy the car for 0% financing, then I can assume the dealer price of $6000 under MSRP will be increased? Thank you!

    And, for the record - it's not a rule, but more of a guideline. Not every car can be leased for a payment of 1% of MSRP.
