Yes, that is super low.

That is the number you want the dealer to use in their calculations.

No different than 0% APR.

Does anyone buy cars anymore? I am interested in a Grand Touring (preferably no options) AWD in Massachusetts. Last price I had was $25,898 in December. This model had Navigation and an MSRP of $28,240. Actually this exact vehicle still available at the dealer I contacted.
I put it off so I could compare 2019 HR-Vs (which were not in stock) and the CX-3.
I am now looking to purchase when the price is right sometime in February or March.

Thanks on TMV link. TMV doesn't help me much though other than tell me a price I need to beat. I will probably just email 5 dealers and see what the current is.
I am in need of smaller vehicle, bought a new condo and didn't realize the garage was not wide at all until I pulled in My CR-V feels like a huge vehicle when pulling in.
CX-3 is one of the best bets for something small that isn't a puddle jumper. Or something with an anemic engine.
TMV doesn't help me much other than tell me a price I won't pay. I will likely email 5 dealers to see what the going price is. Then shoot lower!

Exactly - the target is to beat the TMV price, as that represents an average for your area.
