    Howdy. What is the money factor and residual percentage for a 36-month, 15k-miles-per-year lease for a 2019 Veloster R-spec with a manual transmission in zip code 90230?

    Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost and MF they used for their quote.

    I think your rent charge calculation is incorrect

    I show $76.52 as the monthly rent charge ($22,165 + $14,448) * .00209

    My final payment, with tax, is $318.51/mo.

    I also don't see any reference to the $595 acquisition fee.

    Also, I wouldn't put $3500 down on a lease - that money would be lost if the car is stolen or totaled.
