    Is this a typo?

    T6 INSC - .00144 and 58%; $4000
    T6 MOM - .00148 and 60%; $3000
    T6 RDES - .00115 and 49%; $4000

    Is the residual for the R-Design really 49% or did you mean to type 59%? It makes a HUGE difference. In an earlier post you said that it SoCal that the residual for a 36/10 lease was 60% so it makes sense that the residual for a 36/12 lease would be about a percentage point less. Just wanted to double-check with you first!

    Also, I’m seeing a lot of deals being posted with an average of 17% savings over the MSRP... Is that a fair number to negotiate upon?

    SP: $57,500 (17% off MSRP) Costco pricing. Not sure abt incentives.
    MF: 0.00144
    Res: 59%
    10K/36
    No Money Down. $695 first month payment + $775 for gov fees + $85 doc fee

    MF .00201 Residual 60%
    Incentive is $3000
    Dealer is offering $7500 discount, I have seen TMV with 10k off but I think this may be pushing it. I know moderator hasn't pricing but if anyone else has got higher than $7500 in SW/South Florida I'd love to know. They are grabbing back $799 in 'doc fees' :-(
