I'd confirm the cap cost used by the dealer for their quotes; if higher than the selling price, find out what's been added.

The MSD program is set in stone by Volvo Credit. But, dealers are not required to offer it.

I'm closer to your number than the dealers.

You need to ask them for:

1. Adjusted cap cost, and a full explanation of how they got there from the selling price
2. The MF (both before and after the application of MSDs) used for their quote.

$56,580.11 Price as agreed (including $995 acquisition, after all incentives, including Costco)

$1,000 additional rebate (possibly something to do with Costco?)

$1,500 down gets us to the $650/mo Lease Payment

Also...I keep hearing that the brakes (though they work great) are prone to premature wear. So, all in, we ended up @ ~$680/mo with 36 month full extended wear coverage that will include all pads and rotors, among other wear items, directly through Volvo.

I’m getting quoted $699 per month including 7% sales tax. Drive off is first month plus $400 for fees/tags at 59% and .00145 (those are the #s dealer claims).

This is my first ever lease as I’ve always bought.

Running those #s through a lease calculator I think I should be at $622.27 per month with tax.

Can anyone offer some advice?

MF is marked up for extra profit - don't negotiate anything else until they commit to giving you the base MF.

And, you need to have them disclose the adjusted cap cost, which may be different from the agreed upon selling price.
