    MSRP : $62,550

    Your math is correct, if you are using $52304 as the adjusted CAP.

    They’re discounting by $8301 , so Cap cost of $44,728.89

    Fees ($353) and Taxes ($2876.12)

    With MF/RV of 0.0004/62%
    They're asking for $2000 down at monthly lease of $599.00

    I'm not sure how they arrived at the higher number, but I thought this would be closer to $537 instead with no down.

    Can someone help assess if this is a good deal or not and if the numbers make sense to them.

    Chances are, the $5500 is part of the $12K discount, since the incentive is factory to dealer.

    What is the adjusted cap cost, as the $2000 up front won't cover the first payment, taxes and fees.

    Texas taxes the entire selling price, even on a lease, making the payments more expensive.
