    Here is the what the dealership is offering us on a 2019 XC60 T5 Inscription FWD:
    MSRP: $50,825
    Invoice: $48,031
    Negotiated Price: $45,031
    Lease Incentive: $2,500
    MF: .00087
    Residual: 59%
    At signing, we pay $2,500 which includes the first month's payment.

    The MF and residual are right - do you think we can do much on price? Also, any way to negotiate the $995 acquisition fee (which is different from the destination charge) or the $999 doc fee? Thanks!

    Lease rates are based off the address you register the car to. Everything is the same for 92801 but incentives are $4000.
