    I'm inputting .0024 MF and 55% residual with car cost of $25,000 for the insight and getting a monthly payment of $411 for 36 months. Seems too high. I'm entering 55% of $25k for the residual.

    The residual is calculated against the MSRP, not the selling price.

    If they are the same, you need to work on negotiating a discount off sticker.

    '19 Insight MSRP 25,080.

    Is .00240 the lowest they will go? I have a 2.89 APR (.0012 MF) on another vehicle I own, is that practical to ask for the same on this lease?

    Anyone just buying the car and not leasing. I would like to see your deal. If so please indicate your sales tax rate since every state is different.

    I am surprised so many people are looking at leasing. Usually you buy a hybrid because you drive alot of miles and leasing is not the way to go if you drive alot of miles.
