Good morning. I’m working a deal for a 3.6 limited, south Florida 33410 on 36/10 and 36/12. Looking for current numbers on these. I tentatively have an agreement that mirrors a deal in California from earlier this month on the forum for a 36/10 (cap cost $33,684.24 with monthly of $308 pre tax and drive off of $910.56). I am also doing a one time lease payment. Any thoughts on how this impacts the monthly by paying it all up front? I’m trying to reduce tax impact of trade in by paying off up front. Sorry for the complicated question, just trying to figure out how up front reduces the monthly. Thank you!

Are you certain you'll get a trade-in credit on the sales tax? Not saying it can't happen, but you should check with an F&I person at the dealership, to make sure you will. The new car is in the bank's name, and you may not get a credit. (generally, not necessarily in FL)

I don't have any info on the SMF discount for single-pay leases. But, the savings will be limited, due to the already low money factor.
Assuming the new MF is .00005, then the savings would be $20/mo, or $720 total (pre-tax).

Items to watch out for:
1) FL dealer fees. These are capped at $85 in CA. Of course, any egregious dealer fee should enable you to negotiate a lower price to make up for it.
2) Padding of what looks like "official fees". Electronic filing is a big one. I assume the state has a charge for this, but we see it vary from $49-$249.

Another forum suggests there is a $1500 cash back offer or incentive financing on the Outbacks, is this correct? Also, what are the MF and residuals on a 36 month, 10K lease in zip code 97089? 48 month term is no good.

There is a $1500 dealer incentive if you pay cash or bring your own financing.
The dealer incentive is only $250, if you take advantage of the 1.9% SMF financing.

No predictions on what will happen to the numbers.

I agree that the new 2020 Outback will likely cause Subaru to do something to move the old 2019's out the door, but a lot of what they decide on will likely be driven by how much inventory there is.

If there's no reason to pull the trigger now, might as well wait.

Did the residual values drop drastically in a day? Last post I saw was .00040 and 58% for 3.6R Limited, 36/15. Next post was Limited @ .00010 and 51% for 36/12. 7% drop not even considering the 58% was for for more miles.

Am I missing something or did the programs change? I'm hoping I didn't miss the window to lease.
