Hello. can I get the money factor, residual etc. on a 2019 Traverse Premier FWD, Zip code 49441. looking at 36 / 15,000 or 39/15,000. also current incentives etc.

Also an additional question, should the dealer use the MSRP when determining the residual, as my offer appears to use the cap cost as the starting point to determine the residual and they used 51%.

I think they are two different incentives, but we don't have any information on either of them.
