thanks for the response. this is my first search for a PORSCHE. wife is fixated on CAYENNE. but now im learning that PORSCHEs lease like crap!

any info on the leases will be much appreciated. i need to start contacting all so cal dealers and get the MSRP down....

Base MF was .00270, last quarter, so .00280 is probably correct (but, I don't have the actual programs to verify).
That seems like a reasonable deal from a Porsche dealer.

ive managed to leverage 3 so cal dealers against each other and have gotten $3k off MSRP

i agree on the MF numbers. im learning the reality of porsche financing and its not going to be what anyone would normally expect on a MB, MBW, or Lexus....

Also, what would the money factor be for a single payment lease. Residual I assume would remain similar.

1. Do you happen to know the MF, RV, MRM for a base model of 2019 Cayenne S in zip code 85226?
2. Do you know the latest MSRP off percentage for this same model?
3. How to use MRM to negotiate for a lease? and how to calcualte a MRM for a 2019 Cayenne S with some packages (eg: premium plus package, etc).
4. i got this inventory table from a salesman working for the dealer i am visitng tomorrow. But not sure what the columns are for some of the colums. could you please help decipher? the price column is probably the MSRP - but for 2019 Cayenne, isnt that too high? it is not even an S.

2. Use this link for price research: https://www.edmunds.com/tmv.html
3. MRM is maximum residualized MSRP; if the vehicle in question has an MSRP higher than that number, only the MRM amount is subject to residual calculations. Anything above it will be leased at 100% of the delta - for example, if residual is 50%, MRM is $80,000 and MSRP is $83,600, then $43,600 is the depreciation (50% of the MSRP, plus the delta between MRM and MSRP)
4. I doubt very much that the price shared with you is anything but the MSRP; it doesn't take a lot of options to hit those numbers

By just looking at the monthly payment, i think they are trying to spam me with a huge MF.

The problem you are having with those quotes is that the price info are for a purchase, not a lease. AZ taxes the monthly payment for a lease, and I don't see any reference to the acquisition fee.

Ask them to provide you with a lease deal sheet; that should help explain the payment quotes.

But, I would be surprised if the dealer wasn't marking up the MF. A lot.
