The problem you are having with those quotes is that the price info are for a purchase, not a lease. AZ taxes the monthly payment for a lease, and I don't see any reference to the acquisition fee.

Ask them to provide you with a lease deal sheet; that should help explain the payment quotes.

But, I would be surprised if the dealer wasn't marking up the MF. A lot.

i figured i should give an update on my purchase experience today on the Cayenne 2019 model. Overall i think i got a pretty good deal. Negotiation strategy was nothing fancy - visit more than one dealerships (if possible in your area) and let them beat each other's offer and go with the best one.

Here as the deal facts that you all want to know.

Model: 2019 Cayenne (the one in my first qutoe screenshot).
MSRP: $84500
MRM: $80900 (standard nationwide for 2019 Cayenne)
Window tinting charge: $349 (eventually waived, so i got free tinting)
Final negotiated price: $76895 (9% discount).
MF: 0.0031 ( i know the base MF is 0.0029, but you can probably never get it, as it is the buy rate, for lease, dealer will always add on to it, so 0.0031 is pretty darn good).
RV: 60% (36/12k - base is 59% and i paied 2nd yr maintenance upfront which bumps 1% RV).

i paid all the standalone fees (registration, doc, aquisition, etc) and the maintenance upfront, in addition to my vehicle downpayment which is $12500. So my total due at signing was $17000 even (including the 1st month payment).

My monthly payment is $883.

The destination charge is part of the MSRP. It's possible that it has gone up. Just look at the window sticker. But, that shouldn't be broken out for your sale price. Any sale price that has that listed separately is disingenuous.

of the vehicle but included in the MSRP that they used to calculate the residual value off of.  They also quoted 60% RV on a 36/10 lease, which sounds correct.

Notes: from several dealers was told the 39 month was the sweet spot in the lease program
the .0028 MF almost broke the deal for me as that is well above the national average even for tier 1 credit but this is Porsche.

First, you want to get the dealer to use the base MF of .00270.

Why put down $11K on a lease?

What payment is the dealer quoting?

Let's start with one thing: No one is ever happy with their Porsche lease deal.

The quoted payment seems about right, with that amount upfront.
$22/mo. more for 12K/yr
$66/mo more for 15K/yr

On your current deal, if you had just $2500 Due at Signing, the payment would be about $1115/mo.
