How is it I get the numbers from the dealer, same as yours, put them through lease matic calculator, and the payment the dealer gives me is $60 Higher. Are they just padding the payment or am I missing something?

We use plain 'ol math around here.

With the MSRP and cap cost provided, I get $583/mo, plus tax.

If I subtract the incentive from the cap cost, $526/mo, plus tax

The customer incentives are rebates that are applied as CAP cost reductions. They aren't really a tool to use in negotiation. You receive those incentives when you lease the vehicle.
