    So I see dealer cash of $925 here for a lease of the Wolfsburg, but dealer says there are incentives of nearly $4,000 or something on retail purchases...geesh... I see a program that came out today(?) for zero down and $329 per month on a 39 month lease. Do you have the details on that one?

    The negotiated price should be the same, before incentives.

    There is a $2000 purchase incentive if you use the special APR; $3000 incentive if you do not.

    Either way, the net price will be lower for purchase as the purchase incentive is higher than the lease incentive

    ok, so 3000 dealer cash on purchase if i use my own financing?

    2019 inventory is low and prices are higher than they were in the past 3 months. 2020 passat coming soon so they are holding on to their 2019s like they are desirable...
