Does Nissan now require a standard "financing" or "acquisition" fee for all leases? -- or is that fee in fact an arbitrary amount of profit decided by the dealer? I figure a typical financing fee is worth at least 100 basis points, indicating the money factor understates the interest rate. So when you provide the MF, could you also note any standard financing fee amount? Thanks.

NMAC lease acquisition fee is $595.
