The numbers you copied are for 36/15
36/12 residual on the 3.3 is 47%.

The dealer cash is to the dealer; they are not required to disclose it, and will be part of any price they offer to you.

Hello everyone, yesterday I signed a lease on a G70 (details below in a moment). While I asked about MF/RV for other cars I didn't look up the ones for the G70. I could have saved a little more money but OTOH the whole negotiation took 10 minutes over the phone and hit my desired budget.

My advice: get the G70 AWD 2.0 Prestige or Sport. Even though I signed on 46% RV instead of 45% the cash discount is so large that I ended up with a monthly payment of $475 (very close to true 1%) further reduced to $430 after trade-in tax deduction with only taxes, fees and 1st month DAS.

I still can't believe how much car I got for the money. HTH.

I wanted to lease a G70 3.3, contacted several dealers, I did get a response from your Concierge service, but really no dealer
contact, except Corona, which is 70 miles away. Almost a month has gone by, no contact from Westlake, Glendale, South Bay,
and the Inland Empire. I've been leasing, and buying cars for over 40 years, never seen a worse dealer network in my life, how in the world
does Genesis think they can compete with Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus, and Infiniti with this kind of dealer sales service. Let me repeat I wanted
a G70 3.3, I drove a Mercedes C300, BMW 330i, Lexus ES350, Infiniti Q50, and just lease returned a 2017 Audi A4. I know Genesis wants a
separate dealer showroom from Hyundai, like Lexus, but Glendale is so small they only concentrate on the Hyundai's there are NO Genesis
vehicles to look at anywhere on the lot, yet Keyes which is huge gave up the Genesis line, why? What is the marketing strategy here, these are great cars
and nobody can buy them, 10% of all cars sold in America are sold here in Southern California, yet since the G70 came out I've seen 2 on the road, 100's
of C300's, and 330i's, 2 G70's. I am just a buyer, not an analyst, but I love cars, owned over 50, not bragging, again I love cars, it's sad what is being done
with the 2019 North American car of the year, nobody can buy one, because the dealer network is completely disjointed.

Quick update on G70 6-speed MT:

Dealer reduced price of car from $39,240 to $27,740 -- which I was happy with. This is about $4,000 lower than what dealers were offering back in October/November. Looks like they finally decided to start moving these cars. I ultimately didn't pull the trigger (for practical reasons: 17 mpg city, not enough space in rear for car seat, etc.) so I can't tell you what portion of the discount was due to incentives. The dealer did increase the MF from .00008 to .0008 (according to my calculations) raising the monthly rent charge by over $30. However, I feel this could have been worked out.

I am with you on this one, i am also located in southern california looking for a decent deal.. no luck so most likely will be getting 330i M sport

I do really like the genesis and know it is better car but i certainly do not want to pay $50+ In monthly payment for it compare to 330i in similar msrp

Best quote i got so far is $456 tax included $DAS for g70 2.0 msrp of 46045
I Could get 330i for $399 msrp of 48,545

Im giving up on Genesis because they are not giving enough effort to sell these cars
