Will you please tell me the money factors and residuals for the 2019 BMW X5? 15,000 miles per year. Three-year lease. Zip code is 33401 (West Palm Beach, FL).

    Three dealers in Florida have quoted 0.000222 and 56%.

    Max markup on the MF

    Dealer cannot alter the residual, however.

    I'm sorry.. 36/15 residual is indeed 56%.

    .00222 is maximum markup on the money factor.

    Do you have a sense for the discount to MSRP we could negotiate for a 2019 X5, assuming we get the 0.00182 MF and 59% residual? I see on another thread where you said that 6.5% is better than average. Thank you in advance for your help.

    For BMW, we suggest 7% off MSRP; you may try for more than that, but end up at a smaller discount because it's a 2019.
