Hey, so I asked for MF, incentives, and residual on a 2019 Civic Hatchback EX in zip 55104. I got the numbers and entered into leasehackr calculator. (MF 0.0089, 56% residual). The car I am looking at has an MSRP of 24680 and a dealer selling price of 22509. Without any incentives or down payment entered (I plan to trade in my current vehicle), I got out the number $291 per month. I checked the zero-drive-off box, as I want a zero down lease (just first month's payment upfront). I am in MN so I checked the second to last button (Tax is levied upfront on the total lease payment (e.g. NY, NJ, MN, OH, GA).) with a sales tax of 6.5%. I left the acquisition fee, dealer fee, and government fees at default. However, I emailed a dealer with the car I want, asked for the lease numbers, and they gave me the same exact MF and residual. But, they are quoting me $337/month with just this month upfront, along with all available incentives in my area.

Not sure what leasehackr is but maybe you can print it out for us here or the dealer? The https://www.edmunds.com/car-leasing/calculate-your-own-lease-payment.html will work and then you can formulate a written lease proposal to email to the internet contact at your dealer.

No, you have to manually add your tax, according to your state's rules.

My lease is up on October 17th (after extending for 12 months), so I'm wondering if the "fall clearance" of the 2019 models will bring even better numbers in early October, or if I should pounce this month...

I know you can't answer that question--unless you know these numbers will carry over into/through October?

Oh, wow. Glad I happened to ask! Good to know .00089 MF, 57% RV and $1200 LI are the set numbers through October 31st.

Based upon an "e-Price", I did a mockup calculation, comparing August's numbers to September's numbers. Even though the MF dropped from .00108 to .00089 for September/October, the 1% decrease of the RV for September/October makes September's payment only $0.03 less per month than August's payment.

So some numbers shuffling, but essentially the same monthly payment.
