So, what I have found with Lexus is that is very hard to know exactly what you should be paying when you are in the showroom because every car is equipped slightly differently, with different options, and the addition or subtraction of even one option can change the sticker price and residual. I wound up leasing a 250h base model with the premium package and several other individual options (auto-dimming mirror, all weather mats, etc.) which together brought the MSRP up to $38,576. I wound up with a $498/mo lease for 36 months at 15k miles per year, with only the $2750 lease cash as a cap cost reduction and with the taxes and fees and first month up front. By my calculations, the cash price equivalent would be $37,200. Not a steal, but a fair price for the car as equipped. Thoughts?

Congrats on the new Lexus!

I don't follow pricing, so I can't tell you if that's a good deal. The lease program is not that great for this model.

Seems like you understand the math, so if you are happy with it, that's all that matters.
