The deal seems reasonable..

But, if you are paying all of the fees upfront, why doesn't the $1500 rebate reduce the adjusted CAP by $1500, instead of the $950 shown?

Also, the acquisition fee is $925, not $995, and cannot be altered. (maybe a dealer doc fee included in that?)

Those are two small items, but add up to $620. That's $17/mo.
