    There is out of the door price (70k for MSRP 84 k).I dont plan on financing. The only rebate I will be getting I guess is a federal tax credit of $7500 later in the financial year when I file.

    There is a $3000 customer rebate, and $4000 of Audi-to-dealer cash.

    Given $7000 of total incentives, then the actual discount is $7000.
    For an Audi, that isn't bad, but this is a year old model.
    Of course, another $7500 back from the government wouldn't hurt.

    No sales tax, right?

    Better to make no assumptions, and get an itemization from the dealer.

    Generally, we recommend you only pay the first payment and any registration costs at signing; roll all other charges into the lease payment.
