The $8250 discount includes $4000 of dealer incentive from Audi, which makes the effective discount $4250. Just a little over 5%, which doesn't seem that great. However, Costco rebates are hard to quantify. It's possible that the Costco rebate means the dealer gets less from Audi, in which case the price might be more than fair. (IOW, Costco rebates are often not what they seem).

In the big picture, $822/mo, ZERO DAS for 36/10 on a $78K MSRP vehicle is fairly attractive.

That would increase my monthly payment by approx $100 dollars, I don't think the 20k maintenance cost will be more than $2400

I think the Costco doesn't add anything. But, it's also possible that they won't lower the price, in any case. If they would, they'd tell you to "forget the Costco, and take this deal".

I agree with your assessment that the $4000 Costco incentive is the money they get from Audi on every lease.

It is a rebate, in lieu of the tax credit, which goes to the owner of the vehicle. It's Audi's way of passing that amount of money on to you. But, you aren't eligible for the tax credit.

sorry,i missed the fact that the dealer included $4k rebate in selling price. In this case Your preincentive discount is pretty low.
I was shopping today and got offered 10% discount before rebates and incentives.
Also Costco rebate is on the top of negotiated selling price. You do not have to go with Costco program and get Costco $2k rebate.

My dealer was telling there’s Audi Credit of $3000. If I take advantage of that, the money factor increases to 0.00181. Is there a way to avoid that?

The extra $3000 is extra lease cash if you take the standard MF.

That is separate from the $4000 dealer market allowance that the dealer gets.

I don't have the context of your conversation with the dealer, so I can't tell you exactly what they are trying to tell you.

The $7500 is lease cash, not a tax rebate. The bank gets the tax credit
15% off an Audi before incentives would be unusual, but see what happens.

In our experience, it appears that the Costco incentive is mostly bogus, and reduces the dealer's market allowance. (which might be why the dealer says their allowance is $2000)
