The $7500 is not a true incentive, but a federal tax rebate that is provided to incentivize car manufacturers to sell electric cars. It tapers off over time based on the number of units sold. For example, Tesla has sold enough electric cars that their $7500 subsidy is now closer to $1850. If you lease an e-tron, the leasing company (or Audi financial services, if that is who you are going with) should be able to use the $7500 against their income for the year. So the $7500, when calculating your lease, should come out of the capitalized costs of the lease. For example, if you negotiate a purchase at $79000, then calculating the lease, the $7500 would reduce the amount that you are financing through the lease to $71,000, resulting in a big change to the monthly lease payment. IF Audi no longer "offers" the incentive - walk way. It means that they are keeping it for themselves.
Federal tax credit up to $7,500 The federal government and some states offer financial incentives on electric vehicles which can help lower the total ownership cost of the e-tron. Visit PlugStar to learn more about tax incentives in your area. Learn more
Okay... all that being said, the MC and residual value that are posted here, are those Audi's numbers? If I work with a third party leasing company, can I expect the leasing offers to be roughly the same, or should I expect that the MC/interest rates will be better through the manufacturer?

Yes, these are AFS numbers.
3rd party numbers could vary widely (and probably will)

I can confirm this. Closed my deal weeks ago. $7500 Incentive was taken directly off the negotiated price of the lease. Your in no danger of this going away anytime soon Audi is nowhere near their cutoff.
Can I ask a silly question at the same time? In an upfront sales tax state, the sales tax is calculated on the sale of the vehicle and typically put into the lease payment. In that instance, the lease payment has two components, the portion of the lease payment that is for the use of the equipment and the portion that is the “interest”. When doing those calculations, do you based the calculations on the net capitalized cost or some other amount? In other words, If I had an 80k car and negotiated a sales price of 70k, but has other dealer addon and other taxes and fees of 5k, when I calculate the depreciation portion of the lease payment, do you use the 75k number? I think so because that is the net capitalized cost, right?

You use the adjusted (or net) CAP cost. $75K in your example, as you thought.
Have the Audi Etron flood gates opened..? I have noticed dealers have 10 to 30 units at every dealer.. The big question is should we now ask min 10% off..

A dealer in Dallas is telling me that the 12k numbers are RV .50 for 36, .48 for 39 and .46 for 42. But the MF that they are giving for the 36 is .002. Should it be .002 across the board?

No.
For Audi, the 39 and 42 month base MF is .00020 higher than it is for 36 months.

I probably did not ask that question as well as I could. If I do a 36/15 is the RV .5 and the MF .002? Correspondingly, iff I did a 36/12, what would the RV and MF be?

Can I get MF and Residual for 36/15 premium+ in 85298? Also, is the $7500 lease incentive still in place? Are there any other incentives I should know about? The Audi site is listing these for $749/month at 36/10k.
