    kyfdx, you are a wealth of info even if I dont understand it! Does a $10,300 rent charge look right to you in my situation? I made a single pay for 36 month lease. Gross Cap cost was $82,659. Depreciation and amortized amount was $36,930 Rent charge was $10,300 15k miles per year .25 for excess miles.

    So I was going buy (pay half purchase price and finance the rest at 3.99%).
    MSRP- $87,940
    Agreed price was $80,765
    Decided Id probably sell it in 3 years so was talked into leasing.
    I did a single pay of $44,209 (have excellent credit)
    15,000 miles a year
    "rental charge" of $10,300
    residual 52% MF 00223 (got these numbers weeks later-I know , shame on me)
    Thoughts?

    I have no idea what an RS 5 should sell for... .so, I can't really rate your deal.

    Im ok with the sale price, but I ended up leasing. It was the $10,300 rent charge that I wondered about. But you have been generous with your time and I have taken enough of it-so thank you.

    The dealer used the base MF, so the rent charge is the correct amount.

    Either coupe or sportback, whichever easier or has better residual (albeit small diff.)

    With the prices given, I get $1089.

    Confirm the adjusted cap cost used for that quote, and get an itemization of the drive off fees and such. Pretty big gap in payments.

    Thanks! I was offered a 10% discount on an RS5 sportback, but with a MF of 0.00265! I guess they're trying to make up for the discount by making an extra ~$100/mo on the payment. I asked for base money factor and was told they weren't able to do it. No counter offer either. These RS5 leases are ridiculous right now. You would think they'd want to just move units at this point with many sitting on the lots for 6+ months.

    We don't have any information on an Audi CPO lease program.
