    What trim level is this?

    BTW, CA taxes the monthly payment, so you can ignore the taxes/fees line.

    Ask them for a lease worksheet, not a purchase worksheet with a lease payment grafted onto it.

    Any chance you can wrestle a copy of the lease worksheet out of them, and post it here for review?

    Down payment is not the same thing as a discount from sticker. I get that it's a 2020, and the best deals are on the outgoing 2019's, but there should be something off the top, in my mind.

    How many miles per year?

    The residual amount given is for 36/10, not 39/10

    36/10: .00001 MF and 56% residual
    39/10: .00010 MF and 53% residual

    $3450 dealer lease cash

    Using the NET CAP given, I get $968/mo+tax.
    (using the proper 39/10 residual and money factor)

    Considering the $3450 incentive the dealer is getting from Jaguar, you are paying at least full MSRP, plus they are most likely marking up the money factor.

    Not a good deal at all.

    An average deal would be $150/mo. less than their quote, with $3000 upfront.

    But, it's a JLR dealer, and it's early in the model year, so they may be sticky on their price. But, that is egregious (and typical)

    Given the $3450 Jaguar-to-dealer incentive, the price is effectively over MSRP, plus as they've disclosed, they are marking up the money factor. (from .00001 to .00051)

    And, note that the lease term is 36 months, not 39 months

    If they sold the vehicle for MSRP minus the $3450 incentive, and gave you the base MF (essentially, selling the car for sticker price, with no extra markups), the payment would be $960/mo, with the $3000 upfront.

    (over $100/mo. less)

    That wouldn't even be a good deal... just a normal crappy deal from a Jag dealer. The deal they are offering you is extra-crappy.. ;)

    Better - with those prices, along with the .00001 MF and 56% residual, I get $762/mo plus tax.

    What is the tax rate where you live? If I use 9.5%, I still don't get the payment the dealer quotes (though, I'm only a couple dollars short).

    It's possible the MF is still marked up, just not as much.
