Looking at a 2020 BMW 440i xdrive convertible numbers. Can you give me RV, MF for 36 mos at 12 and 15k if we opted to lease?

Particular unit we are looking at is a demo unit, 2300 miles. Off the bat they are offering about 10% off (about 6700 off of MSRP of 68k or so). Seems like there may still be room here. Any suggestions as to what % off MSRP (or about amount of discount) should I be looking for?
