If I add the $595 acquisition fee to the selling price, I get $297/mo.

Does their payment quote include tax? Mine does not. Is it included in the $1799 up front costs?

Then my calculations are pretty much in line with the dealer quote.

Only way to improve on it is to negotiate a lower selling price.

It's close enough - could be a rounding error, might be a small fee that hasn't been disclosed.

Lower tier credit will result in a higher money factor.

Residuals do not change.
