    That is correct - understand that if the dealer offers you $48,000, then you are effectively paying above sticker price.

    Read back through the last few pages of this thread to get an idea of what other members have been offered.

    I have been reading through these pages for several months and am preparing my strategy for when my current Acura lease expires in August. I am interested in a 36/12k lease of either the 2020 MDX AWD base or the SH-AWD Advance. Could I please have the MF, residual value, incentives, etc. for both trims in zip code 19010?

    I am seeing that a lot of incentives are currently at $8050. Do I understand it correctly that these incentives are directly from Acura, so there may be additional wiggle room from the dealer? And if I have a current Acura lease, is $1000 loyalty incentive in addition to the $8050? I want to be armed with any and all information before I go to the dealer!

    I received a great deal on my current RDX lease by quoting a negotiated selling price from another member on this forum. Can anyone share some recent quotes they've received on the MDX AWD advance?

    As an fyi, with an Acura lease you can move to a new lease in the last months of your current lease. If you lease a new vehicle, Acura financial will waive the last three months and the dealer will usually take care of up to 3 more months (although I would assume the dealer contribution will affect your new lease).

    My current lease is up in June and while I had planned on buying my MDX, given the level of incentives, I am considering leasing a 2020.

    The incentive goes to the dealer, from Acura. You'll have to negotiate a low price that accounts for it.
