Got it. When you start talking to out of state dealers, make sure you explain to them that you'll be registering in TX. They may have some tips to help smooth the process out.

Then, ask them for a screen shot of the lease worksheet they use - this printed copy is pretty worthless, IMO.

$419.00 – doc fee
$925.00 – acquisition fee
$627.78 – motor vehicle fees
$2,2482.85 – taxes

Money factor with max MSDs should be .00093. They have marked it up to .00113.

$2495 aftermarkets and $700 maintenance.. +$419 doc fee. That is $3600 in extras, or $100/mo.
Money factor markup adds another $25/mo.

The same payment with $9000 out of pocket, instead of $13,322 would be a good deal.
