I don't think the cap cost is correct - with those numbers, I get $429/mo.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost, with the tax and first payment included.

Thanks: The adjusted cap cost is $36,165.65, but remember, the first payment is waived under this month's lease special.

Mazda is taking care of my last two months' payments on my current lease, as well as my first month of my new lease.

I can't get it to come out exactly, because either your MSRP or your residual amount is wrong. The residual amount should be a round percentage of the MSRP.

The turbo models are definitely not cheap to lease.

Okay, thanks. Definitely not cheap to lease for sure! But, I'm hoping it's worth it for the bigger engine. I have a 2016 CX-5 that I love everything about except for the extremely underpowered engine.
