I would say (educated guess on my part) that this would be in addition to the $1000 incentive we know about.

Certainly not the dealer funding this incentive; it's likely to be factory support.

Have you looked at my signature line?

This is the second MINI in the family.

That said, I had a chance to drive an X2 in anger at a BMW event a year or two ago, and I was surprised at how much I liked it. I'm not a huge fan of SUV's in general (though I've owned many over the years), but the X2 was still very sporty.

But, what I like may not be the same as what you like. Drive them all, see which one appeals to you, then make your best deal.
