I only see 1.9% APR on CPO 2020 models.
And, that is good for Tiers A1 though T2

For new 2020 models, only the 450 Sedan gets those rates, not the coupe

But, the 820 thing doesn't sound right, unless that is a FICO score variant (some auto-enhanced scores go up to 900, instead of 850)

I'd look real close at the paperwork. Remaining lease payments rarely just "go away" and often find themselves being rolled into the new deal.
