    I am located in zip code 33186 but the dealer I am working with is in 38027, I’m not sure if that changes anything.

    What do you think of this deal? I walked away from it thinking the MF was higher than what I expected for a 720+ credit score.

    Adjusted Cap Cost (including dealer fees and 2000 negative equity from trade-in) 113320.50
    Payment including sales tax = 2007.30

    Note: Applied $5500 fleet incentive to lower CC. Assume dealer incentives were also thrown in.

    How realistic is it to get a payment down in the $1500 - $1600 payment including tax range? Don’t want to waste everyone’s time (especially mine) if that’s unrealistic. Thanks for your thoughts.

    $1744/mo with the base MF.

    Both are before tax.

    You'll need a pretty big adjustment to the cap cost to get to your target.

    I don't shop in that price bracket, so I don't know what's possible.

    Only two dealers in the local area. Only talked to one to date. Probably a long shot but I’m thinking if I get an additional 5K off selling price, 1K more toward trade and base MF, it’ll put me in my range. Does my math square with yours?
