    Just out of curiosity. I focus on getting the best price. What role does knowing the MSRP play in lease? If it were a purchase the MSRP would be just a number that is suggested and isn't really used or considered.

    The MSRP is the number that is used to calculate the residual value.

    Getting the best price is always the right course of action, but the MSRP is necessary to calculate the payment.

    With the MSRP and balance given, I get $322/mo, with $0 down.

    Big difference from the dealer quote, I'd say - I'd ask for a screen shot of the dealer lease worksheet to see if we can figure out where the difference is.

    Thank you so much for the leasing information. Still trying to work a deal. Caught the dealer trying to set MF at .00038. Not a huge difference in effective APR but a difference none the less.

    Any idea what SETF charges for acquisition fee? The dealer is trying to charge $995. Seems high.

    We don't know what the SETF acquisition fee is, but the $995 fee sure seems like a dealer fee. Typical for FL

    Was undecided between 3 cars and I ended up with the 2020 Camry FWD Nightshade. Also, decided to come back and post my deal.
