    Any incentives are also appreciated.

    Also, Subaru is advertising 2021 Foresters on their site - do you know when they are available? Is it generally more cost effective to lease a 2020 just as the 2021s are coming out? Or to lease the newest model?

    Is the 36/12 MF and residual still 0.0005 and 58% for the 2020 Forester Touring? I will be a repeat Subaru Lease customer. A dealer agreed to the price I want but seems to be attempting to mark up the MF.

    I was quoted 36 months, 12K per year $448 per month with $0 down on:

    MSRP of $36,811
    Negotiated price of 32,432 + $544 for a trailer hitch total cost $32,976
    Dealer Admin 799 Title 56 License 54.75 Acquisition Fee $595 so Capitalized Cost $34,480.75.

    He quoted 58% Residual but 0.001 money factor (i think they are marking it up)
    NC has a sales tax of 3%

    I calculate the monthly payment based on this to be $433.18. Outside of the MF being wrong (I think) I can't figure out what they are doing.

    SMF allows dealers to markup the money factor by .00050, for extra profit

    May I please have the MF, RV and any lease incentives on a 2020 Subaru Forester, base trim, for 36/12 in the zip code 53092 (Southeastern Wisconsin)?

    (Incidentally, is it true that Subaru numbers are national? No regional differences?)
