    I don't... man I love and hate this process :) I am just a bit having my head spin - check this out. I replied to the salesman and said, I feel like we need to be in the $410-$20 range. Same exact details as above, except payment was $420 a month. Lazy paperwork maybe? But at $420 a month with just first payment down, I think that is a decent deal, no? And that includes my adjusted real tax at 5.5%.

    Well, the second offer is saving you almost $1300, so that's an improvement.
