It is the maximum MSRP that can be residualized. In effect, a cap on the residual amount. It varies by model/trim.

Hi...so I'm thinking 36mos. 10K/year on the Taycan. Right now I have a 'potential' offer for $121K for an $128K MSRP. I was told they'd pass through the $7500 federal tax credit as a cap cost reduction. Sounds like good deal?
