Hello, MF/Residual, incentives on the SEL with the convenience, sunroof and premium options zip 93455. MSRP comes up as $30760. should i trade in my car and work it into the deal or get cash and save it? Plan is to lease for 3 years then buy outright but it's not sounding like the best idea?

I'd see how cheap I could buy it. 1.90% APR financing up to 60 months.
Hi, looking for 2020 MF/Residual / Incentives at 12K / 36 in 34221 for the SEL and SEL Plus. Thanks!
Do the incentives normally change on the 2nd or 3rd of the month for Hyundai? On a 6 month lease extension with our Elantra until 2/20/20...better to go now and not let the lease completely run out?
Also, does anyone have any feedback on prices paid yet/lease deals on the 2020 Sonata or is it too new of a model? Appreciate any feedback

SEL: .00144 MF and 58% residual SEL+: .00176 MF and 59% residual
do packages affect the MF or only the residual? i'm looking at the 2020 SEL with convenience, premium and sunroof packages.
Packages and options do not affect the MF.
The residual percentage remains the same, as well, but the residual amount will be higher due to the higher MSRP with the extras added in.
Gotcha. So i'm curious. Is the deal they offer currently a "good" deal? reading the fine print it's $219 a month for 36 months 10k miles. MSRP of $24,330 Net cap cost of $19,600 with a residual value of $13,625 roughly 56%. The difference being $5975 but you're paying $7884 money factor would be about .006? isn't that really high? I probably did my math wrong

How much is due at signing?
And, that's an ad, not a real offer.
$2699, reason i ask is because we went to see a venue last night and the dealer didn't offer a lease. They said there were no lease specials and the "standard" lease agreement would be astronomical, they only offered buy price and even then no real incentives. They offered the .9% apr but the car at MSRP. they said it's a new car and there's no reason to reduce the price. This got me thinking about my sonata lease deal that i'll be pursuing but i get the feeling they'll just offer whatever promotion is available at the time which doesn't seem like that great of a deal?

That $2700 works out to $75/mo, so the true payment is $294/mo. Taxes excluded, and all fees and such are not part of the price, so they'll be paid up front or the payment will go even higher.
Sonata is nothing special, so you should be able to score a good deal on one, if you decide to lease.
Venue, I think, doesn't have a supported lease program this month, so the dealer is correct in stating it would be expensive.

Thank for all the info, is the dealer required to give you the money factor when showing you the lease? this way i know if i'm getting screwed? is it best to pay the taxes up front? i heard usually it's added to the payment?

In most states, only the total Rent Charge is required to be on the lease. If you do a sample calculation beforehand, then you would be able to see if that number squares up with your calculation. Generally, the money factor is not on the paperwork, but you should ask for it, and a screenshot of the deal on the computer.
probably hasn't changed much but can I get Residual, MF and any incentives on a 2020 Sonata Limited 3yr 36k or 3yr 30k, 93455. Wife recently bought a venue through the costco program and seems she got a much better deal with better up front pricing plus manufacturer rebate? should i try this route or will the dealer always give the best deal? Thanks

Biggest things I see are that they said I was putting $4k down from my trade in plus I was getting $2k in rebates. The rebates however were not reduced from the cap cost only the $4k from trade in? Is this correct? The other thing is that they were using a .0021 money factor. Is that based on credit score or negotiable? I have about a 790 credit score

I don’t recall the exact numbers but want to thank this forum for the help on this new lease. Probably not the absolute best deal but one I was very happy with. Msrp on the 2020 sonata limited was $34530, priced down to $33,200. No cash down but got $6500 for my trade in and the $2000 in rebates, money factor of .0019 and $289 a month 36mo/12k. Buyout after three 3 years is $20,320ish that includes sales tax in 93001.

Yea I’ll have to look at the numbers I just don’t want to put a huge down payment to keep the monthly payments low
