base money factor

Hello,
I am interested in purchasing a 2020 bmw 340i x-drive. I have excellent credit (775+). the dealer offered me what appears to be a good deal in terms of MSRP off. Can someone please confirm the base money factor at my credit level? Zip is 02052. The MF being offered is .00140.

correction - the model is a bmw m340i x-drive.
