Thanks to the Moderator I was able to verify the residuals and money factors. Here is my deal which I am very happy with. The dealership had a hard time locating what I wanted, but was willing trade with a dealership 350 miles away. Here are the numbers.
MSRP 43140
Selling Price 39,000
License Fee 65
Dealer Fee 569
Acquisition 595
Paying all fees and first months payment down
Lease payment of 375 per month for 35 months (first month included of course)
That includes KY tax of 6%
Total cost to lease for 36 months including KY tax is 14,729
I think I got a great deal
This is for a 2020 RTL-E 12K miles per year
I sure do appreciate the help from this board, and a big shout out to the dealership willing to work so hard to find what I wanted. I also hope sharing my numbers might help someone else. Cheers

Nothing down and came out to $499.73 monthly including tax. From my perusing the forums, seems like the deal is a little high. Would consider 1k-1.5k down but think whatever it would lower is still too high on an RTL. Just wondering if this is the current market or they inflated somewhere. I’m a little lost, but I think the parts that confuse me on this thread deal with leases. Looking to buy a base Sport AWD model with cash. I’m just starting my pricing research, what is the out the door price I should be targeting (includes fees, but not tax since tax is location based).

I can post a link to the vehicle if that is allowed.

There are no fees from Honda or Honda Finance on a purchase. All fees are either state/local requirements or dealer imposed.

I built a base RTL on the honda automobile website and the lease deal carried over to the higher trim, making it $336/m 36/12k $2,999 down. But while searching the deal on a dealer website in my area, it only pulled up Sport trims. Does anyone know if the lease deal applies to the RTL as well?
