How bad of a deal is this :( 2020 NX 300H Trying to get a good lease

Looking for some help, as the local Las Vegas dealers are ridiculous. Do I need to go national to find a good deal? I'm seeing people quoting rates several hundred less here.
Here's the best quote from them so far.
2020 NX300H
MSRP 43953
Selling price 39788
+595 for something marked accessories
36 month lease, 15K per year
0 Cash down rate is 645 per month
Residual quote is 23,734
Tax rate is 6.5% (84770)

What should I actually be looking at for a payment on a similar car?

    Using the leasehackr calculator it seems they must be charging a money factor double the rates I'm seeing from others. Should I give up on vegas and try the california dealers?

    Also I don't see a lot of hybrids in that other thread. For 89101 (Las Vegas) what should the mf and residual be?
