If so, how can I have $3,500 due at delivery and have a payment of $793/mo? When I use 58% RV and .00093 MF, it doesn't add-up. But I'm a neophyte.

I am in Connecticut.
I asked them for breakdown immediately but haven't heard yet. They asked me to call the finance manager. I'll call but sure hope they simply state facts. Why cant people in this business simply be transparent??

Ask the dealer for the adjusted CAP cost.
That small bit of information doesn't include the $925 acquisition fee, dealer fees, or title/registration (DMV) fees. Also, upfront sales tax on rebates and/or CAP reduction.

The dealer can't adjust the residual, but they can mark up the money factor to as much as .00133. Ask them what money factor is used.

You are correct.. $3500 is a round number. Out of that amount, the first payment will be deducted, along with most of the items I listed above. There is likely some CAP cost reduction, as well. Your adjusted CAP cost will likely be different from what you are assuming, because of this

Ask them for a full accounting.

The upfront fees are the CA title and registration fees. (tire tax, etc, etc). You could ask them to itemize them, but I doubt there will be anything extra in there. $925 is the BMWFS lease acquisition fee. $85 for doc fee (restricted to this amount maximum in CA)
Upfront taxes is sales tax on the CAP reduction and taxable fees
I don't know what the $30 capped fee at the top might be.

The only "extra" I see in your deal is the MF marked up from .00093 to .00113.
That markup adds about $15/mo. to the payment

Seems like a very reasonable deal, given the lease program available.
7500 mi/yr isn't very much. Will that be enough?

Thank you very much! It's a lot of money to pay for 3 years of use and own nothing at the end! I'm pretty darn sure 7500 is enough bc I'm not driving to work anymore, but he assured me I could buy additional miles if I need to.

The cheapest miles would be at lease inception.
10K/yr (7500 more miles) lowers the residual by 1% ($474.. $14/mo). That is 6.3 cents/mile. Cheap.
