    Can someone explained this deal to me...i am lost. monthly payment on 2021 tahoe z71 would be $813. msrp is 67k. with residual at 61% i am financing $26k. unless i am calculating the MF wrong, i come up with total payments of $27648. but they require a down payment (cap cost reduction) of $3384. So the total payments are $31k. That is a lot more than .00154 (3.7apr). What is wrong with this picture? I don know where the $5000 in interest is coming from

    do you have a copy of the dealer lease worksheet?

    how are you doing your calculations?

    What is the selling price, or adjusted cap cost?

    You aren't financing $26K. You are financing the entire price of the vehicle. That's why your finance charges are off. Don't calculate it as a car loan. Use the lease formula.
